Celebrate Easter With Delectable Specials at Boyd Gaming Destinations
Boyd Gaming dining destinations across southern Nevada are celebrating Easter with special holiday menus on Sunday, April 17.

Highlighted Holiday Menus and Specials:
Fine dining destination MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer an unforgettable Easter special on Sunday, April 17 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $85 per person. The meal will begin with a seafood salad with shrimp, crab, calamari, olives, peppers and lemon vinaigrette. The main course features Chilean sea bass served with lobster risotto, parsley oil and grated Manchego cheese. A slice of New York cheesecake with fresh strawberries will be served for dessert.
FARM at Aliante will serve an Easter Sunday special for $19.99 per person on April 17 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The special includes the choice of soup or house salad. For the main entrée, guests can enjoy brown sugar ham with honey-roasted carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy. A chocolate mousse cake with fresh strawberries will be served for dessert.
Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a delicious Easter dinner on Sunday, April 17 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $29.99 per person. The main entrée features the choice of osso buco served over mushroom risotto or miso whitefish served with baby bok choy and steamed rice. For dessert, diners can enjoy marsala crème with fresh berries served in a chocolate shell.
Cannery’s Victory’s Café will offer a three-course Easter Sunday special for $17.99 per person. The special comes with the choice of butternut basil soup or salad. For the main entrée, guests can choose from one of two options. The first option is the honey-baked ham served with four cheese scalloped potatoes and spring vegetables. Guest can also choose garlic and Parmesan shrimp skewers served with pesto mashed potatoes and spring vegetables. A slice of strawberry shortcake will be served for dessert.
Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve a four-course Easter Sunday special on Sunday, April 17 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $49 per person. For the starter, guests can enjoy seafood stuffed mushroom, featuring portabellini mushroom, maltaise sauce and gratiné. Diners can also choose from one of two options, including the house chopped salad with cucumber, sunflower seeds, red onions, feta cheese, tomatoes, avocado, fresh basil, roasted peppers, and hearts of palm tossed in the guest’s choice of dressing. The other option to choose from is lobster bisque with lavosh crackers, chives and crème fraîche drizzle. Petit twin filets of beef Oscar will be served as the main entrée, featuring Canadian snow crab, white asparagus, béarnaise sauce, bleu cheese scalloped potatoes and nested Parisienne vegetables. Guests can end the meal with a crème brûlée tart with salted caramel and fresh berries for dessert.
Throughout April, Alder & Birch will also serve a variety of tantalizing specials as part of the Chef’s April Features. The specials are as follows:
- April 1 through April 10: Chicken linguine carbonara with tender chicken breast, pancetta bacon, peas, mushrooms, tomatoes and linguine tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce with garlic crostini for $28.
- April 13 through April 17: Kurobuta pork chop served with mango chutney, caramelized apples and natural herb jus for $30.
- April 20 through April 24: Bacon-wrapped shrimp, featuring colossal prawns stuffed with spinach and fontina cheese wrapped in bacon and served over mushroom and tomato risotto for $34.
- April 27 through May 1: Tournedos of beef Oscar, featuring twin petit filets topped with Canadian snow crab, asparagus and béarnaise sauce served with bleu cheese scalloped potato wedge for $41.
Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans will offer a scrumptious Easter Sunday special from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $29 per person. As a starter, diners can choose from the heirloom tomato and burrata salad with fresh berries, basil, cracked pepper, sea salt and balsamic vinaigrette or tomato bisque with focaccia croutons. The main entrée will feature cedar plank-roasted salmon with mango salsa and citrus butter sauce served with a pomegranate balsamic drizzle. To end the meal, guests can enjoy a fruit tart.
The Orleans’ Copper Whisk Café will be serving up a three-course Easter special on Sunday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $24 per person. The Easter Sunday special will start with the choice of house salad or cream of asparagus soup. For the main entrée, guests can enjoy Atlantic salmon stuffed with snow crab served with fingerling roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables and lemon butter sauce. Strawberry shortcake will be served for dessert.
Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer a memorable Easter Sunday special from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $38 per person. Guests can start their dinner with the choice of soup du jour or the choice of a house or Caesar salad. For the main course, diners can choose from the braised lamb shank served with root vegetables and couscous, or the red snapper fra diavolo. Guests can end the meal with chocolate marble cheesecake served with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream.
Suncoast Hotel and Casino’s fine dining restaurant SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar will offer savory Easter Sunday menu options available on April 17 from 5 p.m. to close. Guests can enjoy a Venetian Parmesan shell salad with baby spring lettuce, mandarin wedges, red onions, heirloom tomatoes, black olives, orange citrus vinaigrette and fried garlic garnish for $16. SC Prime will also offer traditional, slow-roasted leg of lamb served with rosemary potatoes for $40. Diners can also order a pan-seared, 18-oz. bone-in New York steak served with garlic mushroom wine reduction for $54. SC Prime will also serve its regular menu.
90 NINETY Bar + Grill at Suncoast will serve an Easter Sunday special on April 17 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The special features stuffed pork loin served with baby carrots, asparagus, fingerling potatoes and port wine for $24.95. 90 NINETY will also serve its regular menu.
Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will be serving up a tasty Easter special all day on Sunday, April 17. The special will be $16.99 per person, and features pineapple honey-glazed ham served with garlic mashed potatoes, garden-fresh veggies and candied yams.
The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will offer three flavorful, three-course Easter Sunday specials from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 17. Guests can enjoy roasted pork loin, featuring rosemary and citrus-brined pork, natural jus, cinnamon-dusted brown sugar sweet potatoes and sautéed broccolini for $39. This special includes a salted caramel five-layer chocolate cake for dessert. Another option is the rack of lamb special for $48, featuring herb-crusted lamb, rosemary and mint-infused demi-glace, mint jelly, French green beans and herb-roasted fingerling potatoes. This special also includes a salted caramel five-layer chocolate cake for dessert. Diners can also order the pan-roasted Chilean sea bass with white miso broth, sautéed broccolini and butter-whipped mashed potatoes, along with a fresh fruit tart for dessert, for $46. All Easter specials will include an Angry Butcher house salad.
California Hotel and Casino’s fine dining destination Redwood Steakhouse will offer a delectable Easter menu on April 17 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $60 per person. The meal will begin with wild forest mushroom with caramelized mushrooms, snipped herbs and truffle oil. The main entrée features surf and turf with filet mignon, seared scallops and shrimp served with citrus beurre blanc, spring baby vegetables and red wine reduction. For dessert, guests can delight in a vanilla mousse martini with white chocolate and raspberries.
Garden Court at Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel will serve a variety of favorites during their Easter Brunch on April 17 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $27.99 per person (or $25.99 per person for Emerald B Connected members and above). Garden Court will offer a carving station with hand-carved leg of lamb, roasted turkey breast and herb-crusted pork loin with whole grain mustard sauce. Diners can enjoy Asian specialties like shrimp and vegetables in Thai chili sauce, sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, vegetable fried rice and lo mein. Additional options include sliced ham in a bourbon glaze, baked herbed chicken, fried shrimp, eggs benedict, chorizo and eggs, turkey chilaquiles and tortellini in garlic cream sauce. At the salad bar, diners can choose from smoked salmon with toppings, ambrosia salad, inari sushi and soba noodle salad. The southern station features fried chicken, barbecue ribs and fresh spring corn on the cob. Guests can also enjoy Mexican specialties like chili Colorado, pork chili verde and chayote squash. Guests can also delight in a variety of desserts, including an assortment of mini pastries, cakes, pies, hot crossed buns and other sweets. Children between the ages of four and 10 are half off and children under three are free to dine at Garden Court.
