Season tickets for the 2021-22 UNLV men’s basketball season went on sale May 6 at 10 a.m., the Athletics Department announced today.
Several new initiatives have been introduced for the upcoming season including a general admission area, a recent UNLV graduate price and a discount for season ticket holders at UNLVgear.com.
The new GA area includes the upper portion of sections 101 and 122 in the Thomas & Mack Center. Season tickets in that area may be purchased for $450 (priority amount is included). Recent UNLV graduates (within the last three years) will receive $100 off the general public price for that section.
“We are working to create an electric atmosphere for UNLV men’s basketball games in the Thomas & Mack Center,” said Megan Caligiuri, UNLV Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Operations. “We have listened to our fans and have added new options to create a home-court advantage for the Runnin’ Rebels, while being innovative, flexible and providing more affordable entry points for season tickets.”
All season ticket holders also receive a membership in the Rebel Athletic Fund, which unlocks many additional benefits, including a 20% off discount at the new UNLV Athletics Merchandise Store, UNLVGear.com. Payment plans are available. For more information, other season ticket options and to purchase visit UNLVtickets.com by clicking here.
The Runnin’ Rebels are under new leadership with head coach Kevin Kruger entering his first season at the helm of the program. Kruger and his coaching staff, which includes Tim Buckley, Carlin Hartman and Brandon Chappell, have rebuilt the roster, which includes nine new student-athletes.
The home-game schedule at the Thomas & Mack Center for the 2021-22 season will include marquee non-conference games against 2021 NCAA Final Four participant UCLA and Cal, along with 18 Mountain West contests. UNLV will also play games in the Main Event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas against a field that includes Arizona, Michigan and Wichita State. Those games are not included in the season ticket package.
