Promote Healthy Eating, Nutrition and the “Dirty Dozen” List of Cancer Fighting Foods

What: In honor of Cancer Awareness Month, Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) Executive Chef Frank Caputo and Director of Nutrition Sharon Day will host a cooking demonstration at Whole Foods Market located at 8855 W. Charleston Boulevard on May 2 from 6-8 p.m.

This educational demonstration titled “Food Fight: Adding Nutrition in Your Fight Against Cancer” will highlight the benefits of healthy eating and nutrition as well as the “Dirty Dozen,” a list of twelve cancer fighting fruits and vegetables.
