Mora Iced Creamery Gives Back to the Community
Supports Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Mora Iced Creamery, located at both Vegas’ popular shopping and dining destinations, Downtown Summerlin and Town Square, continues to support Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Las Vegas took place this past Saturday with families, co-workers and friends walking in their neighborhoods, tracks or trails all to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.  Mora Iced Creamery was pleased to donate their Fall ice cream flavors, including pumpkin pie, to all participants. The fundraiser  had 129 teams, 690 participants and raised more than $106,000. Nevada actually has the third fastest growth rate for Alzheimer’s disease in the country. The number of individuals living with the disease in Nevada is expected to grow by nearly 31% in the next 4 years.

The community can continue to support this critical cause with Mora Iced Creamery at both the Downtown Summerlin or Town Square locations until Saturday, November 14. Mention and show the flier and all proceeds will benefit the Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Las Vegas.
