La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to Host Big Game Brunch
La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will take tailgating to the next level with a Big Game feast served tableside on Sunday, Feb. 2.
Reimagined tailgate fare, prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, will be served butler-style throughout the game. Dishes will include meatballs covered in bourbon barbeque sauce; crispy fish tacos; mini chicken gyros topped with tzatziki and pear chutney; short rib tacos; chicken wings prepared with Frank’s RedHot buffalo sauce; angus mini burgers topped with mushroom duxelle and chipotle aioli; white cheddar popcorn; Ahi tuna poke with avocado, cilantro and spicy mayo; chicken flatbread prepared with sweet chili, garlic aioli and red onion; tomato mozzarella flatbread with capers and basil oil; loaded tater tots topped with sour cream, bacon and brown gravy; bacon wrapped dates with bleu cheese fondue; shaved Mexican street corn; heirloom tomato salad; and macaroni and cheese made with hatch green chilies. Dessert selections include signature cupcakes, muffins, cookies and cheesecake.
The butler-style brunch is available from 2:30 p.m., throughout the duration of the game, priced at $149 per person. For an additional $99, guests may upgrade to bottomless bar offerings which include sommelier-selected red, white and sparkling wine; select spirits; bottled and draft beers.
