Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will cheers to the big game with a ‘Tequila Touchdown” viewing party and extended happy hour in its hacienda-style cantina on Sunday, Feb. 2.

Pancho’s will broadcast the big game throughout the expansive cantina on each of its numerous eighty-inch, high definition televisions. Beginning at kickoff and throughout the entire game, guests can enjoy discounted select appetizers and drinks, including $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 off house wines. Pancho’s will offer half-priced tequila shots inside the cantina featuring over 40 brands of tequila to choose from including Casa Noble, Don Julio 1942, Gran Patrón Platinum and El Silencio Joven.

Featured appetizers will include Pancho’s nachos, toasted corn tostaditas layered with beans, covered with cheddar and jack cheeses and topped with diced tomatoes, jalapenos, chives, sour cream and guacamole; botanas especiales los Pancho’s, a combination platter loaded with cheesy flour quesadillas, crispy chicken drumsticks, beef taquitos and chicken flautas, served with sour cream and guacamole; and artichoke and jalapeños con queso, a special blend of melted cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, and slices of jalapeños served in a ceramic skillet.
