La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway to Celebrate Love with
a Romantic Dinner on Valentine’s Day
Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will set the mood with a romantic dinner in honor of Valentine’s Day from Thursday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 17.
The featured entrée for the occasion will be Australian Wagyu Strip Loin, prepared by executive chef, William DeMarco, priced at $32. The steak dinner will be complemented by baby artichokes and balsamic maitake mushrooms. A recommended wine pairing for the dinner is 2010 Sotor, Mineral Springs Brut Rosé, Yamhill-Carlton, OR.
