THE MOB MUSEUM, MAYORS CAROLYN G. AND OSCAR B. GOODMAN CELEBRATED 2 MILLIONTH VISITOR, FRIDAY, OCT. 12 

 

To recognize the milestone of its 2 millionth visitor, The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, celebrated the unsuspecting guest’s arrival with classic, Las Vegas-style fanfare. Surprise festivities for Sylvia Geitner from Munich, Germany, included a presentation of the key to the Museum by President and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Ullman, a proclamation by City of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman and a toast led by Museum Founding Board Member and Former Mayor Oscar B. Goodman. Geitner also received a jar of commemorative, house-distilled moonshine and a lifetime membership to the Museum. Afterward, cake and Champagne were served in The Underground Speakeasy.
