 Don’t just settle for milk and cookies – dine on holiday favorites December 24-25 from Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, Seafood Shack and Phil’s Italian Steak House.

Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que


First course:
  • Sweet potato salad
  • Baby arugula, heirloom tomatoes, feta cheese splash with red wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, or roasted root vegetable soup with crispy white cheddar crouton

Second course:

  • Choice of: maple bourbon roasted turkey and Andouille sausage brioche stuffing, with Yukon gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables, and drizzled with savory gravy; or Chipotle herb crusted pork tenderloin, loaded whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables, with a wild mushroom demi glaze
Third course:
  • Pumpkin custard pudding with pumpkin brownie and ginger snaps

The menu will be available for $40 per person from 3 to 11 p.m.

Phil’s Italian Steak House

  • Aperitivo
  • Cranberry and ricotta bruschetta

First course:

  • Baked camembert with caramelized onions and crostini, or lobster and corn chowder, complete with Maine lobster and sweet corn

Second course:

  • Choice of:
    • Free range, organic roast turkey with homemade gravy
    • Slow roasted prime rib with Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy
    • Fresh salmon with spinach, ricotta and cranberry in puff pastry, with red pepper cream sauce – served with green bean casserole
    • Spiced pumpkin and white chocolate panna cotta with ginger snap cookie.

The menu will be available for $45 per person from 5 to 10 p.m.

Seafood Shack

  • Christmas paella with ½ Maine lobster, shrimp, chicken, clams, mussels and Spanish chorize with saffron rice.
  • Warm cranberry-white chocolate bread pudding
