Boyd Gaming Invites Local Non-Profits to Enter 3rd Annual ‘Trees of Hope’
Non-profit organizations throughout southern Nevada are invited to apply for an opportunity to participate in the Las Vegas Valley’s newest holiday tradition: Boyd Gaming’s Trees of Hope.
This holiday season, 35 non-profit organizations from throughout the Valley will be invited to decorate a tree at one of seven participating properties – Aliante, California, Cannery, Gold Coast, The Orleans, Sam’s Town and Suncoast. Customers will then vote for their favorite tree at each participating property.
Upon the conclusion of voting in December, Boyd Gaming will award a prize po All participating organizations are guaranteed a minimum cash prize of $375.
“Over the last two years, Trees of Hope has become a tremendously popular event at our properties throughout the Valley, drawing tens of thousands of votes from our customers,” said Marianne Johnson, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President, and Chief Diversity Officer of Boyd Gaming. “This has made Trees of Hope much more than a fundraising opportunity – it has also become a great platform to showcase the work that southern Nevada’s local non-profits are doing in our community, each and every day.”
Entries will be accepted through September 30. Applicants must represent a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the southern Nevada community, and must provide proof of tax status when submitting an entry. A full list of conditions and rules will be provided upon request.
