DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS EVENTS CENTER AND COLLECTIVE ZOO TO UNVEIL DANCE MUSIC EVENT SERIES, “ZOOLOGY”
One-of-a-Kind Electronic Dance Music Events To Shake Up Downtown Las Vegas
Beginning Jan. 6
 Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) will heat up in January with a host of jam-packed events as part of its new dance music series, “Zoology” by Collective Zoo. The event will kick off Jan. 6 with performances by Billy KennyBixel Boys and Justin Jay, and the party continues Jan. 20 with Shiba San and Will Clarke.
January 6 – Billy Kenny, Bixel Boys and Justin Jay 
Collective Zoo and DLVEC will kick-off the anticipated event series with Billy Kenny, creator of Record Label, This Aint Bristol, is known for his aggressive combination of all things UK garage, house and techno. Kenny will be joined by Los Angeles dance music duo Bixel Boys, whose diverse sound ranges from experimental bass to energetic house and techno.
Rounding off the night, Justin Jay will take the stage at DLVEC. As one of his San Francisco label’s rising stars, Jay has already released three solo EPs and recently completed his first ever world tour alongside a series of notable releases on San Francisco’s irreverent Dirtybird Records.
January 20 – Shiba San and Will Clarke
The series will conclude with from Bristol-born Will Clarke. After gaining popularity in 2014 when his Big Booty EP was released on Worthy’s Anabatic label, Clarke joined the Dirtybird label. Hailing from England, Clarke uses influences and experiences from his home city as an inspiration in his music, translated into a constantly-evolving blend of house and bass.
Joining Clarke is 2015 International Dance Music Award-winner for “Best Underground Dance Track,” Shiba San. The Paris native became a seemingly overnight sensation in 2014 when his single “Okay” captured international attention and subsequent interest in his hip-hop infused style of house music.
Tickets cost $20 for general admission. Concert-goers can also enjoy a drink-and-dance package deal for $50, which includes concert admission and an all-you-can-drink pass for the evening. For additional fun, guests can have a VIP concert experience unlike any other when they rent a DLVEC party suite for $350.
Zoology is open to ages 18 and over (with a valid photo ID). Guests 21 and over can enjoy access to an open bar from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or at DLVEC’s box office.
