LAX Nightclub inside of Luxor Hotel and Casino launches into November with hit-producing machines Twista, Trick Daddy, and Ja Rule. Twista is set to perform Thursday, Nov. 10, Trick Daddy will perform Thursday, Nov. 17, and Ja Rule will take the stage Saturday, Nov. 19.
Known for his speedy lyrics and record-breaking style of rap, Chicago rapper Twista debuted his album “Runnin’ Off at da Mouth” in the early 1990s. He was later featured on the hit single “Po Pimp” released by the trio, Do or Die. In 2005 “Slow Jamz” was released and featured on Kanye West’s album “The College Dropout.” The rapper’s latest album, “Dark Horse,” was released in 2014 with featured notables including Wiz Khalifa, Tech N9ne, and R. Kelly.
Dirty South rapper, Trick Daddy made his way to fame in 2001 with the hit single, “I’m a Thug.” Before his mainstream breakthrough, underground hits included “Naan” and “Shut Up” both of which featured Miami-based rapper, Trina. His success continued throughout the years as he and Lil’ Jon released “Let’s Go,” which sampled Ozzy Osbourne’s record, “Crazy Train.” In 2014, Trick Daddy released his latest EP, “U Already Know.”
Four time GRAMMY-nominated rapper Ja Rule contributed to several chart topping singles in the early 2000s including “I’m Real” and “Ain’t It Funny” with Jennifer Lopez along with “Between Me and You” which featured Christina Milian. Signed to The Inc. Record label, his debut album “Pain Is Love” topped the US Billboard 200 charts in 2001. As an actor, he appeared in “The Fast and the Furious.”
