EXPERIENCE A SICILIAN HARVEST FEAST AT FERRARO’S NEXT TASTE &
LEARN, SATURDAY, OCT. 29
Enjoy Regional Dishes Served Family Style and Wines from Sicily’s Best Vintner
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar announces its next Taste & Learn event, to take place Saturday, Oct. 29, from 4 to 6 p.m. This wine-and food-pairing experience invites guests to taste four Sicilian wines from Passopisciaro, as well as traditional Sicilian dishes typically served during harvest time, prepared by Ferraro’s Executive Chef Francesco DiCaudo. This month’s Taste & Learn will be especially hearty, featuring a variety of dishes, each served family-style, with each wine pouring.
Passopisciaro, which located in the hills of Sicily’s Mt. Etna, is renowned for its exceptional wines. They come from grapes grown on 100-plus-year-old vines planted at the highest winegrowing altitude in Europe, at more than 3,000 feet.
