BBLV Industry Night makes its return
BBLV INDUSTRY NIGHT FEAT. KR33PZ
MONDAY, JULY 25 AT 9 P.M.
The KR33PZ consists of best friends Conor (DJ ConTra) and Chris (MeanMeansy). The Vegas duo decided to mesh their separate musical backgrounds together to create the KR33PZ. Fairly new to this DJ partnership, the two put their different styles and genres together to open up a new avenue of opportunity. The team was actually started over a few beers and a load of confidence. The original plan was to play music for their friends and coworkers, but realized “Hey, we can make something out of this!” With their background and connections in the nightclub and day pool industry, it was a seamless transition from house parties to clubs.
Doors for BBLV Industry Night feat. KR33PZ at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas open at 9 p.m. This night is for ages 21 and up. There is no cost to attend this event. Find information about BBLV Industry Night at http://ticketf.ly/29WglQ8.

The Texas native is a recent Grammy Award nominee (his first as a recording artist) in the “Best Country Duo/Group” category for “The Driver,” performed by Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley, featuring Paslay and Dierks Bentley.

ISLANDER
SATURDAY, AUG. 27 AT 7 P.M.
Islander is an American nu metal band from Greenville, South Carolina. While the band has been playing together in some form since 2006, the group came together as Islander in 2011. After some rotation in the lineup, something of a supergroup formed toward the end of 2015.
Lead singer Mikey Carvajal leads the quartet that includes former Love and Death guitarist J.R. Bareis, who also served as guitar technician for Korn’s Brian “Head” Welch. Zeke Vasquez, formerly of ForeverAtLast, joined to play bass and Arin Ilejay moved from Avenged Sevenfold’s kit to play drums for Islander.
The band teamed up early in 2016 with producer Cameron Webb (Motörhead, Alkaline Trio) to work on “Power Under Control,” Islander’s second full-length studio album. The band cites a renewed energy and sense of purpose with the new lineup of musicianship.
The Funeral Portrait, XXI and Jessie Smith and the Holy Ghost will all provide support on this date.

TYCHO
TUESDAY, OCT. 4 AT 9 P.M.
Tycho, the ambient music project helmed by Scott Hansen – primary writer, composer and producer – is a down-tempo, blend of vintage synthesizers and wandering melodies, interspersed with newscasts and other human voice samples. Unlike many contemporary electronic music artists, Tycho retains the low fidelity sound of analog media, allowing the more progressive elements of his work to stand out. His blend of electronic synth, live instrumentation, and old school sound clips creates a relatable ambience.
Hansen made a decision to open both Tycho’s recording and live performances to collaboration with other musicians. Tycho has toured live most notably with Zac Brown on Bass and Roy O’Connor on drums, Hansen often playing guitar.
Big Wild and Heathered Pearls will provide support on this date.
Doors for Tycho at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas open at 7 p.m. This show is for ages 18 and up. Tickets start at $25 (plus applicable service fees) and are on sale to the public Friday, July 22 at 10 a.m. at the Brooklyn Bowl box office, by calling 877.987.6487 or online at http://ticketf.ly/2a5DrHg.

He released his first major label record “Oxymoron” on Feb. 25, 2014. Singles “Collard Greens,” “Man of the Year” and “Studio” all charted on the Billboard Hot 100. He is also a founding member of the Black Hippy collective with Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock and Ab-Soul.
In June of 2016, ScHoolboy Q revealed the title of his forthcoming album would be “Blank Face LP,” and he released the cover art for the album, which displayed the famous “Crying Jordan” meme. He would later reveal that he was only trolling his fans, and the true album art was revealed.
Brooklyn native Joey Bada$$ provides support on this date. The 21-year-old phenom began writing poetry and lyrics as early as age 11 and co-founded the Pro Era collective, releasing a series of mixtapes with the group of high school friends.
