CORE ACADEMY AND UFC LAUNCH NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH
SERVICE PROJECT AT SALVATION ARMY ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 6
WHAT:
Core Academy, powered by The Rogers Foundation, is partnering with UFC for its new We Are All Fighters initiative. This long-term partnership will kick off with a service project at the Salvation Army during International Fight Week. Core Academy students will stand alongside UFC athletes and corporate team members to hand out meals and support packages.

Formerly known as UFC Community Works™ in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the We Are All Fighters initiatve celebrates the fighter in all of us. It is a symbol of how everyone fights every day to overcome challenges large and small, and is designed to make a meaningful impact in communitiies where UFC events are held.
The Salvation Army service project will be a bonding experience for the Core Academy students and UFC’s fighters and corporate team, all while doing good for the community in the spirit of We Are All Fighters.
Trader Joe’s will be donating bottles of water for the event.
Earlier in the day on July 6, UFC will be hosting a 9 AM press event at Three Square (4190 N. Pecos Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89115) to provide more insight into its new We Are All Fighters initiative, featuring additional beneficiary nonprofits together in one space. Media are encouraged to attend this earlier announcement event as well.
