Dragon Noodle Co. & Sushi Bar Celebrates
20 Years on the Las Vegas Strip
$20 Three Course Menu
Dragon Noodle Co. & Sushi Bar at the Monte Carlo kicked off its 20 year anniversary celebration with some of Las Vegas’ notables in media, hospitality, and food & beverage coming to toast to their success.
MCC Hospitality Group’s co-founder and co-owner Chipper Pastron thanked guests for their support throughout the years. “We’re proud to have been here for 20 years. My partner Sal Casola Sr. and I have seen so many changes happen in Las Vegas, but one thing has remained consistent year after year, our passion for the city and its supportive community.” Pastron also thanked his general manager of 18 years, Helen Cheung, and her team for their hard work.
Guests were treated to signature dishes including orange peel chicken, chicken and pork fried rice, Mongolian beef, Chinese broccoli and kung pao chicken, while enjoying tropical mai tai cocktails, Sapporo and Asahi beers and wines from Vanishing Point and Squirt Gun.
Traditional Chinese lion dancers helped wish Dragon Noodle continued good fortune, prosperity, and success. To add a bit of mysticism to the night, a tea leaf reader read fortunes, providing insight to guests’ futures.
To continue the celebration, Dragon Noodle launched a special $20 three course anniversary menu running now through July 31. In addition and as a way to say thank you to the local community, a portion of the proceeds from every Hong Kong chow mein sold, a staple on the menu since opening night in 1991, will benefit the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.
