Siegel’s 1941 opened its doors back in June 2015 in former location of Las Vegas favorite, The Flame. Playing off of the restaurant’s 24-hour “Morning, Noon and Night” menu, El Cortez guests can enjoy a savory prime rib dinner, featuring seasonal vegetables and baked potato from dusk-to-dawn.
While enjoying an elevated dining experience, the restaurant’s homage to Bugsy Siegel will transport guests back in time with archival artwork of the city’s history, stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a tiled ceiling with vintage-style lighting.
