Treasure Island Makes the Most of Mojito Month
Triple digit temperatures call for something cool, so for the third year, Treasure Island will celebrate National Mojito Day (July 11) every day in July. For 31 straight days, Treasure Island’s Mojito Bar at the Seafood Shack will offer four refreshing twists on the classic cocktail:
Siren’s Delight Mojito – Cruzan light rum, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh mint, lime juice and ruby red grapefruit
Pirate’s Peach Mojito – Cruzan peach rum, peach and ginger puree, fresh mint and lime juice
Mermaid Mojito – Cruzan strawberry rum, fresh strawberries, mint and lime juice
All four mojitos are offered for $6 each.
Seafood Shack is open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the Mojito Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
