ABOUT COMMISSARY
The Commissary Latin Kitchen is the brainchild of acclaimed chef Richard Sandoval. Guests can experience a collection of fast-casual concepts all in one eatery: artisan Latin-inspired sandwiches, salads and soups; uniquely crafted hamburgers and shakes; and a rotisserie featuring Chef Sandoval’s special spice rub chicken, 12-hour smoked brisket and tacos and burritos. For early birds, the eatery also features Lavazza Coffee Café, serving coffee drinks and breakfast delicacies ranging from made-to-order crepes to pastries to yogurt-granola parfaits, as well as a selection of artisanal gelato flavors. The Tequila & Beer Bar showcases a signature collection of rare and popular tequilas, 40 tap handles of craft beer and hand-muddled Latin cocktails. The Commissary is located at Downtown Grand on 3rd Street between Ogden and Stewart, the city’s vibrant, new metropolitan center, where community meets dining and entertainment—all on one city block.
