THE BARRYMORE TOASTS 2012 WITH A FESTIVE COCKTAIL
Bring in the New Year with a Kir Royale at The Barrymore
As Las Vegas bids adieu to 2011, guests at The Barrymore will raise their glasses in celebration of the New Year with flutes full of Kir Royale. Along with numerous other cocktail choices, patrons will have the option to ring in 2012 with this smooth and festive concoction.
“Everybody drinks champagne on New Year’s Eve, but we wanted to offer a more festive option for people to enjoy,” says Executive Chef, Anthony Meidenbauer. “The berry flavor of the Crème de cassis, combined with the sparkling Prosecco provides the perfect mixture for a New Year’s cocktail.”
