Sunny 106.5 Ice Cream Sunday at Providence Master Plan

 

Children and families are invited to enjoy free ice cream at the Sunny 106.5 Ice Cream Sunday on Sunday, Sept. 28. The free event for the whole family is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Promenade Park inside the Providence master planned community in northwest Las Vegas. The park is located at 7195 Egan Crest Way, just north of the I-215 North Beltway and Hualapai Way. Look for the large green balloon.

 

The Sunny 106.5 Ice Cream Sunday event features ice cream sandwiches and other frozen treats from Meadow Gold, plus a variety of vendors, including Pacific Dental, Resort Stay International, Team Ford, T-Mobile and Winder Farms.

 

Festivities include ice cream-eating contests, petting zoo, balloon animals, bounce houses, entertainment by Amazing Clowns, and more.

 

Attendees are invited to bring new or gently used books for Spread the Word Nevada. The nonprofit organization promotes literacy to make it possible for all children in Nevada to experience the magic of books. Visit www.spreadthewordnevada.org to learn more.
