Gallery Yosemite and Timberline Gallery honor 150th Anniversary with Yosemite Rocks Learning Series

Yosemite

Events of all kinds help to celebrate the occasion of the Yosemite Grant 150th Anniversary both inside Yosemite and in the surrounding gateway communities. Gallery Yosemite is a new venue for creative artists to express their love for Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada.  Timberline Gallery has been a community-centered art institution for 28 years and will present two shows in 2014, dedicated to the grandeur of Yosemite.

Both galleries have partnered to honor the Yosemite Grant 150th anniversary with eight months of artistic learning series providing speakers and classes for visitors as well as locals. “Our members are award winning artists in juried competitions. Many have their work in corporations and International collections. A number have been featured in National art magazines,” said Merylyn Whited of the Timberline Gallery.

Join us for our (Free!) Artist Learning Series – to be held the 2nd Saturday of each month from 2 pm to 4 pm:
