The Bones will Rock Vinyl Inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
Las Vegas-based band will showcase their pop-punk prowess with their newly released album, “What Would Ginger Do?”
The Bones, a Las Vegas-based band will rock Vinyl inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday, Nov. 8 at 11 p.m. concertgoers will be treated to a night of lyrically humorous rock and roll songs from their newly released album, “What Would Ginger Do?”
The Bones have been quickly gaining notoriety in Las Vegas for their knack for taking the cheesiest songs of the 80’s, and turning them into high-energy pop-punk-rock songs.
“It’s kind of like what would happen if AC/DC decided to cover a Cyndi Lauper tune. It’s a LOT of fun,” says singer/guitarist Patrick Vitagliano. “Music is too serious these days. Rock & roll should be fun, and our live show is nothing but high-energy, feel-good music, guaranteed to make you smile.” The Vinyl show will be a good mix of their signature brand of amped-up “cheesy” 80’s covers, along with a good blend of the witty and bitingly sarcastic material from their debut album.
The Bones consists of Patrick Vitagliano (formerly of Nuclear Theory/Assault) on guitar and lead vocals; Scot Coogan (formerly of Lynch Mob, Ace Frehley, Brides of Destruction with Nikki Sixx) on drums and vocals; Mike Wilson (Formerly of Jaded) on bass and vocals, and Jeff Duncan (formerly of Odin and currently in Armored Saint) on guitar.
Vinyl is located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 4455 Paradise Road. Doors open at 11 p.m. with no cover charge and the event is open to ages 6 years old and up.
About The Bones
The Bones are a Las Vegas-Based rock & roll band, made up of former members of Ace Frehley, Lynch Mob, Brides of Destruction with Nikki Sixx, and Nuclear Assault. The Bones are known for taking the cheesiest songs of all time, and turning them into rock songs. It’s as if The GoGo’s and Social Distortion had a Love Child! The tongue-in-cheek live-show is a high energy set of all the music that was NEVER intended to rock, yet somehow, ends up being one of the most memorable good-time rock shows you’ll see in Las Vegas. The Bones are also a very solid original music act. Their original songs are all feel-good rock and roll, with a witty and sarcastic lyrical spin that is refreshing these days when so many bands take themselves so seriously.
