Shark Reef Aquarium’s Haunted Reef Offers Guests
a Halloween Ex-“Fear”-ience Oct. 25-27
WHAT: Rattling chains, creaking doors and spine-chilling music will fill the air during Haunted Reef at Shark Reef Aquarium Friday, Oct. 25 – Sunday, Oct. 27. Beware of the creepy creatures, including slithering snakes, piranhas and a rare Komodo Dragon with dagger-like teeth and piercing razor-sharp claws, lurking throughout the exhibits. Haunted Reef’s dim and eerie tunnels will be lined with “boo’tiful” decorations and spooky jack-o-lanterns. Dare to trick-or-treat here?
Shark Reef Aquarium will host Community Day on Friday, Oct. 25, where costumed children 12 and under will receive complimentary entry and the opportunity to trick-or-treat throughout the Aquarium. Didn’t bring a bag to stash the goodies? Shark Reef will provide complimentary trick-or-treating bags that children can decorate before entering.
Also on Friday, Oct. 25, adults can receive complimentary entry to Shark Reef Aquarium upon donating blood at the special United Blood Services booth on-site from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Adult admission: $18; Children 5-12 years: $12; Nevada residents with valid I.D. receive a discount on admission; Adult: $15; Children 5-12 years: $10; Children four and under are complimentary.
