As Mötley Crüe heads back to The Joint’s stage for its second residency entitled Mötley Crüe Invites you to an Intimate Evening in Hell, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino debuts band-inspired menus throughout the property, Wednesday, Sept. 18 – Sunday, Oct. 6. The limited-time selections are available on show nights at 35 Steaks + Martinis, Culinary Dropout, 福Fú, Mr. Lucky’s Café, Pink Taco, casino bars and Reliquary Water Sanctuary, Spa & Salon.
The property’s luxurious dining destination 35 Steaks + Martinis put together a sinfully delicious three-course prix-fixe concert menu ($45). The spread begins with “Take Me to the Top,” a choice of a Cajun spiced chicken salad with mango, avocado and citrus vinaigrette or a wild mushroom risotto dish sprinkled with shaved parmesan. “The Animal in Me,” will follow, featuring a choice of grilled fillet, grilled beef or pan-roasted salmon complete with several succulent side dishes. Patrons can satisfy their sweet tooth with the final course “Home Sweet Home,” a unique marriage of spiced red wine-poached apples, green apple mousse and vanilla bean crème fraiche topped with a black pepper crisp.
Culinary Dropout, the funky gastropub, crafted an array of cocktails in honor of the notorious band. Guests can get in the rock ‘n’ roll spirit with “Mötley Cloüdy,” ($12) Cruzan No. 9 Spiced Rum mixed with Snap Liqueur, fresh lime juice and ginger beer; “Dr. Smashgood,” ($12) Jameson’s Irish Whiskey with a Guinness reduction and mint; and “Bitters, Bitters, Bitters,” ($12) a creative libation that includes Knob Creek Rye, Carpano Antica and a signature dropout bitter trio. In addition, the hip hangout will offer The Joint prix fixe menu ($25) on show nights featuring a choice of Soft Pretzels with provolone fondue or a House Salad for the starter, choice of Fried Chicken or Ma…The Meatloaf for the entrée and one Paper Bag Beer special.
Asian dining destination 福Fú will take band enthusiasts on a journey through the group’s popular hits with its delectable three-course prix-fixe concert menu ($29). The feast includes “In The Beginning,” a platter of Spicy Wontons, Miso Seabass in Lettuce Cups and Ginger Chicken Ravioli with Sichuan Peanut Sauce; “Let Us Prey,” choice of Pan Fried Sea Bass & Shrimp with Ginger Caper Sauce, Tempura Chicken with Sichuan Cream Sauce or Stir Fried Beef with Mushrooms & Sichuan Pepper Corn Sauce; and “Hollywood Ending,” a bread pudding with white chocolate limoncello sauce.
Mr. Lucky’s Café, the property’s 24-hour diner, invites patrons to sink their teeth into its tasty Mötley Crüe-inspired fare. The special menu presents “Shout at the Devil” Eggs ($6), six buffalo-style deviled eggs topped with crispy bacon and micro celery; “Wild Side” Grilled T-Bone steak ($21.99), a hearty steak is garnished with fried calamari and banana peppers and served with a side of spicy “diablo” marinara; and “You’re all I need” Ice Cream Sandwich Pops ($8.99), a mouth-watering peanut butter cookie ice cream sandwich covered in dark chocolate and rolled in salted potato chips.
At Pink Taco, diners can start off with “White Trash Circus” Peel & Eat Shrimp ($13), a delicious appetizer that includes Mexican shrimp with chorizo sausage and grilled corn on the cob doused in a tequila-avocado butter, and “Down at the Whiskey” Bourbon Short Ribs ($18), the song-inspired entrée that features succulent beef short ribs, Jim Beam Bourbon, guajillo jus and a jalapeño yam puree. Guests can wash down their meal with a “Dancing on Glass” Margarita ($16) or “Live Wire” Tequila shot ($9) and satisfy their sweet tooth with “Sticky Sweet” ($7), fried dulce de leche cheesecake bites served with a salted caramel dipping sauce.
Center Bar and Luxe Bar offer limited-time crafted cocktails such as “Live Wire” ($5), Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 mixed with triple sec, sour mix, lemon-lime soda and garnished with an orange slice and cherry; “Goin’ Out Swingin’” ($5), a sweet concoction with a kick including Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, lemon juice and simple syrup topped with an orange slice and a cherry on top; “Same Ol’ Situation” ($5), which includes Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and lemonade garnished with a cherry; “Toast of the Town” ($5), a mix of Herradura Silver and cranberry juice with a splash of lemon-lime soda; and “Come On and Dance” ($5), a fruity blend of Herradura silver, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and a splash of lemon-lime soda.
Perfect before or after a night of rock ‘n’ roll madness, concertgoers can receive the ultimate pampering at Reliquary Water Sanctuary, Spa & Salon. The exclusive remedies are “Hell on High Heels” ($100), a pedicure using peppermint essential oils to refresh tired legs and feet; “Dr. Feelgood” ($150), a body wrap that uses hot, bubbling mud to relieve tension and ease muscles; “Looks that Kill” ($225), a pre-party facial with a mineral dusting that brightens and renews skin’s radiance; and “Red Hot” ($250), a stone massage with peppermint essential oils, that creates a unique warming and cooling sensation simultaneously.
The world’s most notorious band returns to the entertainment capital of the world, when Mötley Crüe takes the stage at The Joint for an exclusive 12-show engagement, Sept. 18 – Oct. 6.
