This month, Las Vegas welcomes the seventh annual Vegas Uncork’d festival by Bon Appétit, a unique, four-day culinary extravaganza. Without question, the highlight of this foodie celebration is the Grand Tasting event on Friday, May 10 held in the picturesque Garden of the Gods pool oasis at Caesars Palace. For the second consecutive year, restaurants representing The Forum Shops at Caesars will showcase their specialties in A Taste of The Forum at the Grand Tasting. Enjoy culinary and cocktail offerings by eight impressive Forum Shops restaurants during the destination-wide culinary event including; Il Mulino New York, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, Max Brenner – Chocolate by the Bald Man, P.J. Clarke’s, The Palm Las Vegas, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, Sushi Roku and the soon-to-open Carmine’s NYC Italian Family Restaurant.

Be among the first to sample Carmine’s Signature Meatballs, enjoy “Spring Style” Big Eye Tuna with Salsa Fresca courtesy of Sushi Roku and sample Sliced Prime New York Steak, Lobster Bisque and Specialty Cocktail “Willy’s Pinky” from The Palm Las Vegas. Il Mulino New York is showcasing its mouth-watering Signature Porcini Mushroom Ravioli. Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab
Joe’s serves freshly cracked Florida stone crab claws with its signature creamy mustard sauce; the menu also showcases fresh seafood flown in daily from around the world, including seasonal specialties such as Madagascar shrimp, Nantucket Cape scallops, and fresh Alaskan king crab and Copper River salmon.
