Special New Year’s Eve menus at Aliante Casino + Hotel
WHAT: Aliante Casino + Hotel presents two succulent menus from Bistro 57 and MRKT Sea & Land to ring in the new year. Inspired by the food and beverage team, the North Las Vegas property presents the following:
Bistro 57 ($28 per guest, $37 with a glass of red wine)
Appetizer: Choice of grilled flatbread with mushrooms, ricotta & herbs; or the Boston lettuce salad with herb vinaigrette.
Entrée: Beef tenderloins with parmesan-prosciutto crisps served with roasted baby carrots
Dessert: Mini cassata cakes
MRKT Sea & Land ($75 per guest)
Choice of soup or salad: Lobster bisque; or roasted beet and goat cheese with balsamic reduction.
Entrée: 14 oz. New York steak, 8 oz. filet mignon or snapper with brown butter; served with corn pudding and roasted garlic broccolini
Dessert: Three layer chocolate mousse cake, raspberries and gold leaf ganache; or ice cream sundae
