About Eleven Madison Park

Eleven Madison Park is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of New York City. The restaurant overlooks Madison Square Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Manhattan, and sits at the base of a historic Art Deco building on the corner of East 24th Street and Madison Avenue. Located here since 1998, it underwent a full-scale renovation and redesign in the summer of 2017.

The restaurant has been owned by Chef Daniel Humm since 2011 and during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. In 2021, Eleven Madison Park made waves in the culinary world by re-opening after the pandemic with a fully plant-based menu. In 2022, it became the first plant-based restaurant in history to receive three Michelin Stars.

Working in close collaboration with the chefs in the kitchen, Eleven Madison Park’s bar team takes a unique culinary approach to their craft – developing a new cocktail menu each season, and incorporating innovative plant-based techniques and ingredients, such as house-made miso, clarified amazake, and lacto-fermented products. This allows them to create layers of complexity and surprising combinations, while still staying true to the roots and flavor profiles of classic cocktails.

About Martiny’s

Martiny’s offers a beautifully curated cocktail experience in a historical carriage house in Gramercy. Co-founder and Beverage Director, Takuma Watanabe, has created an experience that goes above just outstanding cocktails. Everything is intentional and purposeful – from the hospitality to the design elements, to the elevated bar bites, and of course, the drinks. Martiny’s is the cocktail destination for anyone looking to imbibe while in a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.

The name Martiny’s is a play on the fact that you will definitely find a martini on the menu, since it’s Takuma’s favorite cocktail. But it also pays homage to Philip Martiny, a French-American sculptor, whose studio used to occupy the space. The design respects the history of the original 1800’s carriage house, allowing its fundamental structure to dictate the flow of the space in a natural way. Modern Japanese elements are worked in throughout the space to honor Takuma’s influences from training in bars across Japan. The original wood and brick work mixed with Japanese sensibility and refinement offer a cozy and welcoming environment with enticing, tasteful cocktails to match. In 2023, Martiny’s won Best New U.S. Cocktail Bar at the Spirited Awards and in 2024 was named #4 of North America’s 50 Best Bars.
