The long awaited dining development in the Las Vegas Arts District, the Colorado, debuts one of its businesses, Palate, a restaurant with cultural influences from Chef Sterling Buckley and Managing Partners, Rudy Aguas and Marisa Martino of Bar-Kada Hospitality.
Palate, the highly anticipated culinary destination in Downtown Las Vegas, is thrilled to announce its Soft Opening scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Located at 1301 S. Main St., Suite 110, within the developing the Colorado complex, Palate promises a dining experience like no other, merging tradition with contemporary flair under the creative leadership of Chef Sterling Buckley.
Palate welcomes guests to indulge in an array of culinary delights showcasing the best of global flavors with a twist. The dinner menu features signature dishes such as the Queso di Saganaki, Scallops “Tiger Style,” Longganisa Sliders, Painters Beef Tartare, Soy Charred Short Ribs and “Southern Hospitality,” to name a few, are sure to tantalize taste buds and leave a lasting impression.
Keeping Palate’s tagline in mind of, “the food is art, the cocktails are art and we feature local art and artistic individuals from all over Las Vegas,” Palate offers an extraordinary cocktail selection curated by Bar-Kada Hospitality where guests can escape reality and transport down a rabbit hole of whimsical food and drinks. The cocktail selection is comprised of three parts starting with “Library Classics” consisting of well-known favorites such as the Old Fashioned, Negroni, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour and more. Guests can take a risk and sip on Palate’s unique, craft cocktails from their “Palate Libations,” with its song-inspired names and one of a kind ingredients. Featured in their craft cocktails include “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off” made with nitro muddled rose petals and “Espress Yourself” a classic Espresso Martini with a twist, topped with matcha cold foam. Customers are in for a treat as they can experience a unique range of cocktails that Palate has to offer.

Palate’s opening hours are set to delight food enthusiasts throughout the week, with operations closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Guests can enjoy Palate’s culinary delights from 3 to 10 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3 p.m. to Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for Sunday brunch.
