December will be the most wonderful time of year at ONE Steakhouse, the stylish restaurant and bar from acclaimed restaurateurs Michael Morton and David Morton at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton. The restaurant will celebrate the holidays with an array of festive culinary and cocktail creations, perfect for every occasion, including National Cotton Candy Day, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

On Saturday, Dec. 7, guests can kick off the holiday season with the Cloud Nine cocktail, a playful and delicious treat that combines Ciroc Red Berry vodka, Giffard elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, Monin strawberry syrup and brut sparkling wine, topped with a fluffy piece of cotton candy. Priced at $18, this light and colorful cocktail is the perfect festive twist to get into the holiday spirit.

In honor of Christmas, esteemed Culinary Director William DeMarco will feature a decadent dish that complements the season’s celebrations. On Wednesday, Dec. 25, guests can indulge in a delectable fettuccine pasta made with porcini mushrooms, cacio e pepe and shaved winter black truffles, priced at $49.

To welcome the arrival of 2025, ONE Steakhouse will offer an exclusive dinner experience on Tuesday, Dec. 31. The specially curated appetizer and entrée is designed to elevate any New Year’s Eve celebration. The appetizer features luxurious large stone crab claws, priced at $129 per pound, while the main course is a decadent twin lobster tail thermidor with gruyère cheese and brandy, complemented by a side of butter-poached marble potatoes, priced at $79.

To enhance the celebration, guests can elevate their dining experience with any of ONE Steakhouse’s various wine options or signature cocktails. Recommended cocktails include the Bootlegger, made with double cask single malt scotch, all-natural spiced-apple syrup, Australian barrel-spice bitters, Australian aromatic bitters, and aromatic smoke, priced at $25; and the barrel-aged Old Fashioned, crafted with Knob Creek bourbon, Solerno blood orange, Cherry Heering, and Angostura bitters, priced at $21.
