CABO WABO CANTINA TO HOST
L.A. COMEDY CLUB THROUGH JULY
The laughs will echo through Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino as the rockin’ cantina hosts L.A. Comedy Club shows every Thursday through Sunday night throughout July.
The lineup includes hilarious local and national comedians who have been featured on such networks as Comedy Central, MTV, HBO, NBC, Showtime and film.
Set on the second level of Cabo Wabo Cantina, guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip and a night full of laughs. Shows begin at 9:30 p.m. every Thursday through Saturday and at 8 p.m. every Sunday. Ticket prices start at $29.95 for general admission, plus show packages with a $25 open bar and the opportunity to upgrade to VIP discounts are available, as well. All of the headlining acts feature special guests.
July 5-8 — Robert Duchaine: A regular performer here in Las Vegas, Duchaine is not a comic to miss. There is no subject too sensitive or off limits when it comes to his act. Duchaine, who claims to have been kicked out of every organization he has ever been a part of, is currently involved with Avant-Garde Theater.
July 12-15 — Kevin Shea: Shea, who recently put out a comedy CD titled, “I Like to Cuddle,” has a very laid-back persona on stage. Shea has been featured on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Comedy Central and was the winner of NBC’s “Stand Up for Diversity” award in 2009.
July 19-22 — Reese Waters: Waters made back-to-back appearances on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” and “The Late Show with David Letterman” in 2011. As the co-host of “The Daily Line,” Waters was known for his hilarious interviews with sports stars and celebrities.
July 26-29— Edwin San Juan: San Juan, who thrives on an observation style of comedy, likes to point out ridiculous stereotypes and situations he has encountered throughout his life. He has made several television appearances on multiple networks such as Comedy Central, ABC, UPN, NBC, BET, and Si TV. San Juan reigns as the Grand Champion of the TV show, “Talent Agency,” with nine consecutive victories.
Sammy Hagar’s hard rockin’ dining and live music venue combines the laid-back beach-town vibe of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip. Blending coastal Mexican and Tex Mex cuisine, the menu offers a tantalizing mix of flavorful food, killer margaritas and an awesome venue where it is never uncommon to catch the red rocker himself jamming out with a live set on stage.
