Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, invites guests to join in a month of holiday celebrations with special events and menus crafted to bring warmth, cheer and Italian charm to every gathering. Espresso Martini Christmas Tree
Throughout December, Bottiglia adds a touch of warmth with an espresso martini Christmas tree. Priced at $65, this dazzling presentation includes six espresso martinis adorning a festive tree designed for sharing.
A Grinchmas Kids Brunch
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, Bottiglia will transform into a whimsical winter wonderland for a Grinchmas Kids’ Brunch. Kids can enjoy a special appearance from the Grinch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., along with cheerful Christmas music performed by Brittany Rose. Bottiglia’s Executive Chef Alessandro Capuano will lead a fun, hands-on pizza-making activity, allowing kids to create their own delicious masterpieces. Adults can sip on a selection of specialty holiday cocktails, while families delight in festive coloring stations and holiday-themed activities, making for a joyful seasonal celebration for all ages.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Specials
Guests are invited to celebrate the magic of Christmas with Bottiglia’s festive menu, crafted to bring friends and family together from 4 to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and 1 to 9 p.m. on Christmas Day. The experience begins with a comforting parmigiano fondue appetizer featuring guanciale and artichoke setting the stage for an unforgettable meal, priced at $19. For their main course, guests can choose from two festive entrées: a prime rib served with Calabrian spiced broccolini and balsamic-roasted mini peppers,priced at $55 or a flavorful lobster linguine with tri-color Neapolitan cherry tomato sauce, priced at $38. Capping off the holiday feast, guests can enjoy a classic slice of panettone or carrot cake topped with cream cheese icing and a hint of orange zest, priced at $12.
Celebrate Hanukkah Italian-Style
Available nightly from Wednesday, Dec. 25 to Thursday, Jan. 2, Bottiglia’s Hanukkah menu reimagines traditional favorites with a touch of Italian flair. Guests can start with homemade challah bread served with honey butter, priced at $10; or indulge in traditional potato latkes topped with smoked salmon, capers, dill crème fraiche and shallots, priced at $15. For the main course, a tender beef brisket with shallots, rainbow carrots, pearl onions and sweet potato in a red wine demi-glace brings a hearty touch, priced at $29. For a sweet finish, guests can enjoy a decadent chocolate babka bread pudding, served with vanilla ice cream, kosher chocolate, caramel sauce and fresh mint, priced at $10.
