Cabo Wabo Cantina Will Have the Strip Rockin’ with a Weekend-Long Cinco de Mayo Fiesta

 Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ Strip-side spot Cabo Wabo Cantina, located at Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is turning up the heat on Cinco de Mayo with a high-energy patio fiesta that will keep the vibes muy picante all weekend long, beginning daily at 3 p.m. from Friday, May 2 through Monday, May 5.

Partygoers will enjoy special giveaways, live music, exclusive beer specials and more. Guests are invited to sip on Cabo Wabo’s signature cocktails, including the El Santo, a spicy mix of Sammy’s own Santo Mezquila, freshly crushed jalapeños, orange and pineapple juices, chipotle pepper and agave, served on the rocks. Margarita fans can dive into bold flavors like mango, tamarind, strawberry and coconut, each crafted with Hagar’s award-winning Santo Tequila.

The weekend will also be sponsored by Dos Equis and Cantera Negra Tequila. Dos Equis will offer a variety of “rim” garnish options for their beers, such as salt, Chamoy and limes, allowing guests to “enjoy Dos Equis Naked or Dressed.” Meanwhile, Cantera Negra will offer tequila samples to experience the rich, smooth taste of the tequila while soaking in the views of the Strip.

Live music will fuel the Cinco de Mayo celebration going all weekend long, starting with a high-energy DJ on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. The festivities will continue with a lively mariachi band performing romantic boleros and classic dance music on Monday, May 5.
