Jenna and Michael Morton’s acclaimed culinary destination will offer exclusive 
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve dinners, plus a New Year’s Day brunch. 

 

This holiday season, La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate the joy of Christmas and ring in the New Year with festive dinners and a New Year’s Day butler-style brunch.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner 

La Cave’s renowned Culinary Director William DeMarco presents an exclusive Christmas special only available on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25, featuring a delectable Roasted Halibut, with heirloom cauliflower, petite marble potatoes and caviar butter, priced at $32. Any of the restaurant’s handcrafted cocktails will perfectly enhance the meal, featuring options like the Havana Nights made with Bacardi Light Rum, fresh strawberry syrup, lemon and mint, priced at $19, and the Purple Haze, which is torched tableside, is crafted with Empress gin, ginger liqueur, lavender syrup, lemon and egg whites, priced at $21.

New Year’s Eve Dinner

Bid a chic farewell to 2024 with an exquisite five-course prix fixe dinner on New Year’s Eve at La Cave. Those seeking an elevated dining experience can opt for the sommelier’s hand-picked wine pairings for an additional charge. The evening begins with a first course of Tuna And Caviar, featuring ahi tuna, avocado, crème fraiche, ossetra caviar and ponzu, paired with Riley’s Rows Sauvignon Blanc from North Coast, California. The second course features Maine Lobster Ravioli with al la vodka, basil oil and crispy prosciutto served with Domaine de Montvac Gigondas from Rhône Valley, France. The third course will showcase Australian Rack Of Lamb served with burgundy Brussels sprouts, butternut squash purée and cherry potato rösti, paired with Domaine Georges Pauchon Sancerre from Loire Valley, France. For the fourth course, guests will enjoy a Cross Creek Ranch New York Striploin with trumpet royal mushrooms, fingerling potatoes and a port wine reduction, complemented by Renato Ratti, “Marcenasco” Barolo from Piedmont, Italy. The meal will conclude with Crème Fraîche Berry Cheesecake topped with strawberry champagne rose gelée for dessert accompanied by Château Gilette “Les Justices” Sauternes from Bordeaux, France.

This decadent five-course feast is priced at $249 per person, with the sommelier wine pairings included for an additional $85 per person. The prix fixe dinner service will begin at 6 p.m., with final seating at 11 p.m.

New Year’s Day Brunch

To continue the festive celebration, La Cave will offer a New Year’s Day brunch on Wednesday, Jan. 1. The brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is priced at $69 per person. La Cave’s full brunch menu, including crowd favorites such as truffle mushroom grits or the bacon and egg flatbread with Neuske’s bacon and poached quail egg, will be available. Bottomless brunch libations will also be available for $34 per person and include a selection of sangria, sparkling wines and specialty cocktails.
