Step Out in Style at 11th Annual Sneaker Ball
Adults wear their sneakers and experience Boys & Girls Clubs
like kids on Sept. 19
Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada invites the community for an evening of fun, raising awareness and celebrating being a kid at the 11th Annual Sneaker Ball Gala presented by the Caesars Foundation. Guests are encouraged to wear their most stylish sneakers and enjoy the activities that youth members play and learn from at 13 Clubs throughout the valley.
Unlike any Sneaker Ball before, this year’s event will be held at the Donald W. Reynolds Clubhouse, 2980 Robindale Road, Henderson, NV 89074, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 19.
Attendees will experience a day in the life of a Club kid, with the option to tour the Club and partake in activation stations that will encompass the pillars of the Boys & Girls Clubs covering arts, sports and recreation, health and wellness, character and leadership, academic success and workforce development. Club youth will serve as tour guides and share their personal experiences. The evening also will include live entertainment featuring Dueling Pianos, youth performances, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and great silent auction and live auction items.
Event proceeds support the Boys & Girls Clubs mission that helps youth – especially those who need it most – reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens in a safe and supportive environment where they can be themselves, dream big, and accomplish their aspirations.
Individual tickets, tables and packages and sponsorship and ticket packages are still available, and in-kind donations and live and silent auction items are still needed.
