Borracha Mexican Cantina

Monday through Thursday: 4 – 10 p.m.

Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Borracha Mexican Cantina presents a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting for a menu of flavorful Baja and traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is highlighted by an array of oversized burritos, including an overstuffed carne asada burrito; classic Mexican plates, including slow roasted pork carnitas; and a variety of traditional tacos, fajitas, bowls and more. - Borracha spices up the week with $8 bites, including carne asada sliders, chicken nachos, empanadas, street tacos made with guests’ choice of achiote chicken or carne asada steak. $9 drink specials including house margaritas, house wine and well cocktails.
- Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays:
- Every Tuesday night at Borracha brings the fiesta with an all-you-can-eat feast, priced at $32. Guests can savor unlimited tacos, tequila and margaritas, all within Borracha’s festive, Día de los Muertos-inspired cantina.
- Más Vida Fridays:
- Every Friday, Borracha heats up the weekend with half-off select appetizers, such as bubbling cheese fundido, dynamite shrimp tacos and beef empanadas, along with $7 house drinks and shots. A live DJ will keep the party going with upbeat music, offering an exciting way to celebrate the end of the week.
- Saturday and Sunday Bottomless Brunch: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can sip their way through $25 bottomless mimosas and micheladas while enjoying a Mexican-inspired brunch menu.
- Let’s Go Vegas!:
- Hockey fans who wear Vegas home-team gear during games will receive a complimentary cocktail or house drink, plus a free shot for every goal the Vegas team scores throughout the game.

- Easter Weekend: Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20
- From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, Bottiglia will transform into a whimsical Easter celebration filled with fun for the whole family. Little ones can enjoy a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny along with face painting, balloon art and other festive surprises throughout the day.
- In addition to Bottiglia’s beloved brunch and dinner menus, Easter will bring a selection of exclusive specials, available during brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, April 20:
- Guests can sip on the Peeptini, made with marshmallow-infused vodka, grenadine, shredded coconut and topped with a marshmallow Peep, priced at $18.
- Menu highlights include carrot cake pancakes with lemon zest and cream cheese icing, available only during brunch, as well as all-day options including arancini formaggi, made with a blend of mozzarella, Parmigiano, pecorino, provolone and fontina, served with pesto and garlic aioli, priced at $19; king crab manicotti featuring lemon béchamel, asiago, zucchini, sun-dried tomato beurre blanc and lemon basil breadcrumbs, priced at $42; and bistecca Fiorentina, a Tuscan porterhouse served with a mixed salad tossed in lemon capri dressing with shaved ricotta salata, pepperoncini and Mediterranean olives, priced at $56.
- For dessert, guests can indulge in the chocolate Easter egg filled with candy pieces and silky chocolate mousse, priced at $15.

- Every Monday, Bottiglia sets the scene for a charming date night with a three-course prix fixe dinner for two, featuring an appetizer, two entrées and a dessert, priced at $65. - Oyster Tuesdays:
- Tuesdays are for seafood lovers at Bottiglia, where fresh oysters are just $1.50 each all night long. Guests can pair their picks with a glass of wine from Bottiglia’s hand-selected list for a refreshing midweek indulgence.

- On Saturdays, Bottiglia turns up the weekend vibes with its exclusive Brunch Club, featuring live music, pop-ups from local small businesses and shareable cocktail trees filled with Belvedere vodka espresso martinis or The Beach Rosé by Whispering Angel cocktails.
- Senior Sunday: 4 – 7 p.m.
