Chef James Trees Launches New Parisian-Inspired Bar in the Arts District
Co-owners James Trees and Keith Bracewell are proud to announce the opening of their new Arts District bar Petite Boheme, with service beginning Mon Dec 23, 2024 at 4 p.m. Under Bar Manager Jonah Gibbs, the bar program at Petite Boheme will include uncommon classics, new inspirations and a landmark martini program offering several varieties all served with chilled sidecars for full enjoyment. Each cocktail will be paired with a curated snack by Executive Chef Ramtin Yashar.
Housed in a reclaimed transmission shop, Petite Boheme aims to recall Paris, France–but not the Paris of tourists or tradition. Interiors combine a twelve seat polished marble bar with walls displaying edgy Banksy and Basquiat inspired, as well as original street art by Rocky Asbury. Eclectic wicker and velveteen seating, vintage Persian rugs and accents fill the room in informal groupings. Outdoor seating is accented by strings of cafe lights and heaters. Capacity is about forty people inside, thirty outside.
“I’m very proud to launch the first project involving two gentlemen who came up through the ranks of the bar at Esther’s Kitchen,” says Trees.
Adds Bracewell, “We’ve put our heads together to offer something we feel is truly different in the Arts District and all of Las Vegas.”
Petite Boheme is the first phase of a French-inspired project which will also include restaurant Bar Boheme, set to open in the first quarter of 2025. The leadership team also includes General Manager Alina Deleacaes.
