NOVE Italiano, N9NE Steakhouse, Ghostbar, The Lounge and More Will Celebrate New Year’s Eve with Unforgettable Offerings

 
Palms Casino Resort will kick off the New Year with specials from renowned dining and nightlife destinations, making for the ultimate celebration. For a posh start to 2017, NOVE Italiano and N9NE Steakhouse will be serving specially curated New Year’s Eve menus and guests looking to grab a quick bite can find exclusive deals at 24 Seven Café and Bistro Buffet. After enjoying a meal at one of Palms’ top dining establishments, guests are invited to hit Ghostbar nightclub, located 55 floors above the famed Las Vegas Strip, to see a dazzling firework show and dance to beats by DJ Seany Mac and DJ Mark Stylz. Those looking for a something different can experience GBDC’s “NYE During the Day” celebration or for a more intimate nightlife offering can visit The Lounge to listen to a mix of this year’s hottest tracks by DJ Josh Bliss followed by a live performance by Las Vegas Top 40 variety cover band EVO.

NOVE Italiano
$99 per person for three-course prix-fixe menu
This New Year’s Eve, NOVE Italiano redefines Italian dining with superb cuisine amid chic décor and stunning views. Located on the 51st floor of Palms’ Fantasy Tower, diners at NOVE can enjoy breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip from every angle of the restaurant. To celebrate, guests can enjoy a three-course prix-fixe menu that begins with a choice of a classic caprese, minestrone soup, Caesar salad or shrimp francaise. Choice of entrees include the NOVE seafood pasta, capunti Bolognese, an eight-ounce filet, pan seared salmon or a 14-ounce veal chop “strauss” stuffed with prosciutto and fontina cheese. For dessert guests can choose from an Italian tartufo, tiramisu or a torta mascarpone. A wine pairing option is available for an additional $20 per guest.

N9NE Steakhouse
$125 per person for three-course prix-fixe menu
Ring in 2017 Vegas-style at an award-winning contemporary American steakhouse and one of Las Vegas’ most popular celebrity dining hot spots, N9NE Steakhouse. The three-course New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu, created by Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake, features an array of N9NE’s popular dishes. Starter options include lobster bisque, rock shrimp, garbage salad or for an additional $18, guests can order an individual shellfish platter. For the main course, diners can choose between Dover Sole, a 10-ounce filet, an 18-ounce dry-aged ribeye, organic truffle chicken, salmon or a 16-ounce veal chop “Oscar” all served with George’s creamed corn and death by potato. To top off the delectable meal, dessert choices include white chocolate cheesecake or Devil’s food cake. Supplemental items will also be available and include Japanese Kobe beef tenderloin at $28 per ounce with a four-ounce minimum, one-pound of Tristan Island lobster tail for $85, truffle mac and cheese for $18 and a fresh Alba white truffle available for $58.

24 Seven Café
Special is available from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
With a menu as diverse as the night is long, 24 Seven Café is always delicious and always open, perfect for those looking to dine after the clock strikes midnight. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night meals and everything in between, this New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 24 Seven Café will also feature an authentic Surf and Turf dinner, including a 5-ounce grilled tenderloin, two grilled jumbo shrimp, roasted garlic mash, hericot vert and red wine demi for $19.99.

Bistro Buffet
Available from 4 p.m.– 9 p.m. 
Guests will go on a journey around the world at Bistro Buffet as the special menu was inspired by global flavors. Notable New Year’s Eve items include herb crusted prime rib, butternut squash bisque, salt and pepper calamari and much more. The New Year’s Eve menu is offered at $28.99 for adults and $21.99 for children.

Ghostbar Dayclub
1 p.m. – 6 p.m. Locals and hotel guests complimentary, $20 for men and $10 for women
For those who can’t wait to get the party started, Ghostbar Dayclub will be hosting “NYE During the Day” with an over-the-top Saturday bash on Dec. 31. Throughout the party, guests can experience New Year’s Eve countdowns from around the world, party favors and a champagne toast. DJs Seany Mac and Mark Stylz will keep the music pumping all day long.

Ghostbar
Doors at 8 p.m.
Sitting high above the Las Vegas Strip, Ghostbar’s 55th floor views provide the perfect backdrop to watch the unparalleled scenery as the clock strikes midnight. Revelers are invited to dance their way into the New Year as DJ Vibratto and DJ Mark Stylz play the year’s hottest Top 40 tracks and EDM hits. Ghostbar is also home to the best seats in town to view the dazzling firework display that ignites the Las Vegas Strip. General admission prices begin at $100 and hosted bar experiences start at $200 which include Absolut Vodka, Captain Morgan, Jameson, house champagne and Bud Light from 10 p.m. until    1 a.m. For those celebrating with a group, Ghostbar offers VIP tables and bottle service options starting at $1,250.

The Lounge
Doors at 8 p.m., EVO at 10 p.m., No cover charge
Stop by The Lounge this New Year’s Eve where DJ Josh Bliss will spin his hottest beats into 2017. The open format DJ will wow guests with his unique sounds and ability to seamlessly mesh timeless classics with today’s top hits. Following the amped up set, Las Vegas Top 40 variety cover band EVO will take the stage to perform an eclectic mix of crowd favorites that is sure to keep the party going all night.
