Be merry and bright this holiday season at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca and Borracha Mexican Cantina, both located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. The beloved restaurants will invite guests to celebrate the most joyous time of the year with festive dishes, available exclusively on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

 

On Sunday, Dec. 24 from 4 to 11 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 25 from 1 to 9 p.m., guests can embrace the holiday spirit with Bottiglia’s Christmas dish specials. Putting an Italian twist on the holiday, dish selections include a mixed Italian fritter platter, featuring Bolognese arancini balls, ham and cheese potato croquettes, crispy breaded zucchini, fried zeppole and fried polenta, priced at $15; or insalata di rinforzo, a salad combining cauliflower, pepperoncini, sweet cherry peppers, kalamata olives, capers, giardiniera, green olives and anchovies, and dressed with extra virgin olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, priced at $15. Two specialty entrées include a prime rib served with rosemary roasted potatoes, garlic green beans and an au jus sauce, priced at $55; or braised lamb ravioli topped with a lamb jus and brown butter sage sauce, priced at $38. For dessert, guests can delight in a Sorrento lemon cup and chocolate profiteroles cup, each priced at $13.

 

From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24 and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Dec. 25, Borracha will add some sizzle to the holidays with a specialty dish of lobster fajitas, featuring a pound of fresh lobster with fajita vegetables, served with sides of pico de gallo, blended cheeses, rice and beans, accompanied by a side salad, priced at $65.
