Celebrate Dad at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca
with Exceptional Father’s Day Menu
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson, will honor Father’s Day with a celebratory menu on Sunday, June 16.
The holiday menu includes whole crispy calamari, stuffed with a lemon, basil ricotta mousse and mascarpone tomato puree, priced at $23; baked rigatoni, featuring chicken, salami, pancetta, mushroom, bell and hot cherry peppers, mozzarella and burrata, priced at $38; and prime skirt steak, accompanied by crispy potatoes and topped with a demi-glace, priced at $56.
In addition to the holiday specials, Bottiglia’s regular brunch and dinner menus will also be available throughout the day with favorites including lobster ravioli, made with fresh lobster, basil lemon ricotta, herb roasted tomatoes and lobster cream sauce, priced at $34; chicken parmesan with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and rigatoni, priced at $34; and mushroom truffle tagliatelle featuring mixed mushroom, truffle paté cream sauce, burrata and chives, priced at $29. Guests can also accompany their meal with a glass or bottle from Bottiglia’s extensive wine list, featuring an array of vintages from Napa, Sonoma, Italy and France.
