CELEBRATE ST. PATRICK’S DAY AT SOUTH POINT HOTEL, CASINO AND SPA, MARCH 17

South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Monday, March 17 with specialty menus from Coronado Café and Garden Buffet.

Coronado Café will offer a special St. Patrick’s Day menu featuring a variety of Irish-inspired dishes. From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., guests can enjoy the St. Patrick’s Benedict for $12.95, which includes grilled sourdough bread topped with sliced corned beef and two poached eggs, crowned with a rich creamed spinach hollandaise sauce. From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Guinness Marinated Sirloin Steak will be available for $14.95, served with two eggs, Boxty potato cakes and Irish soda bread.

From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., a Two-Course Meal will be offered for $17.95, starting with a choice of O’Flaherty’s Split Pea Soup or an Emerald Isle Salad Bowl. The main course includes either Corned Beef & Cabbage with boiled potatoes and carrots or The “Irish” Reuben, featuring corned beef on grilled sourdough bread with braised cabbage, Kerry Gold cheese, watercress and potato salad, served with a side of Pot of Gold mustard cream. To complete the meal, guests can indulge in Bread Pudding with Jameson Irish Whiskey Sauce for $3.95. For beverages, Baileys Irish Cream & Coffee will be available for $2 and a bottle of Guinness Draught for $3. Prices do not include tax or gratuity, and daily specials will not be served on St. Patrick’s Day.

Garden Buffet will serve a full breakfast buffet for $15.95 (with a Club card) or $18.95 (without a Club Card) from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and includes unlimited Bloody Marys.

  • Irish Breakfast Station: Bacon, Irish bangers, scrambled eggs with chives, colcannon, sautéed mushrooms, broiled tomatoes, baked beans, sliced Irish soda bread.

 

Garden Buffet will serve a lunch buffet for $20.95 (with a Club card) or $24.95 (without a Club Card) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes two glasses of wine, sangria, or draft beer.

  • Soups: O’Flaherty’s split pea soup, cream of spinach soup with toasted almonds.
  • Country Garden Salad Bar: Shamrock salad with Kathleen’s cream dressing, Limerick BLT tossed salad, O’ Caesars tossed salad, watercress and kale salad.
  • Carving Station: House smoked beef brisket, herb-roasted turkey, rotisserie thyme & lemon chicken.
  • Featuring: Corned beef and cabbage, leprechaun boiled potatoes and Shillelagh carrots, Dublin city smoked pork ribs, Emerald Isle Irish lamb stew, salmon O’Leary, Mother O’Reilly’s chicken stew, Dingle Bay seafood casserole, Guinness braised beef steak, St. Michael’s cottage pie, County Kerry fettuccini.
  • Desserts: Chocolate mint cream pie, pot o’ gold sundae, “Blarney Stone” cookies, honey-glazed warm apple cobbler, bread pudding with Jameson’s whiskey sauce.

 

Garden Buffet will serve a dinner buffet for $29.95 (with a Club card) or $33.95 (without a Club Card) from 4 p.m. to close and includes two glasses of wine, sangria, or draft beer.

  • Soups: O’Flaherty’s split pea soup, cream of spinach soup with toasted almonds, Galway Bay seafood chowder.
  • Country Garden Salad Bar: Shamrock salad with Kathleen’s cream dressing, Limerick BLT tossed salad, O’ Caesars tossed salad, watercress and kale salad.
  • Carving Station: Roast prime rib of beef, rotisserie thyme & lemon chicken, roast stuffed loin of pork with whiskey gravy.
  • Featuring: Corned beef and cabbage, leprechaun boiled potatoes and Shillelagh carrots, Molly Marlon’s shrimp with scallops, Dublin city smoked pork ribs, Dingle Bay seafood bake, Emerald Isle Irish lamb stew, Mother O’Reilly’s chicken casserole, St. Michael’s cottage pie, County Kerry fettuccini, Guinness braised beef steak.
  • Action Station Cooked to Order: Fresh fillet of salmon with watercress cream.
  • Desserts: Chocolate mint cream pie, pot o’ gold sundae, “Blarney Stone” cookies, honey-glazed warm apple cobbler, bread pudding with Jameson’s whiskey sauce.
