CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will honor Independence Day with a specialty dish available exclusively on Thursday, July 4.
Created by Executive Chef William DeMarco, Crush will honor the day with an all-American entrée, a 2-pound, pepper-crusted braised bone-in short rib paired with a refreshing summertime Asian pear salad, priced at $45.
Recommended pairings include a few full-bodied American reds, including Napa Cellars Merlot from Napa Valley, priced at $19 per glass; and Canvasback Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington state, priced at $20 per glass. Guests may also toast America’s independence with one of CRUSH’s signature cocktails such as, Roses Are Red, crafted with Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose Vodka, Lillet Rosé, fresh lime juice and raspberry, priced at $20.
