M Resort Spa Casino proudly announces Patio, an all-new outdoor dining experience opening Friday, April 4. Located adjacent to the M Pool, Patio will provide a premier gathering space just in time for the warmer months. Whether you are catching a game on a massive LED screen, sipping handcrafted cocktails, or enjoying dinner, Patio has it all.
Guests can expect a vibrant atmosphere with plush lounge seating, ambient string lighting, and their favorite live entertainment playing on every corner – creating a lively yet relaxed setting. This elevated dining experience under the desert sky puts Patio in line to become Henderson’s newest hotspot.
A Culinary Experience with Bold Flavors
Curated by M Resort’s acclaimed culinary team, Patio’s menu features a modern take on Mexican-inspired cuisine, blending fresh ingredients with dynamic flavors.
Guests can start with housemade salsas and appetizers, like charred salsa verde, pineapple & toasted chili, served with crispy tortilla chips or pork skins. Seafood lovers will enjoy the fresh Rock Shrimp Ceviche and a sweet & savory Hamachi Crudo.
The entrée selection highlights expertly crafted tacos and traditional Mexican favorites. Guests can choose from a variety of tacos including carne asada, mahi mahi, or shrimp. The Carne Asada, a guajillo chili-rubbed grilled ribeye, is paired with roasted spring onion and salsa de molcajete, while the Sizzling Fajitas demonstrates a classic tableside experience.
No meal is complete without sides and desserts. Esquites offers a flavorful mix of charred corn, chilis, cotija cheese, and a creamy lime-cilantro dressing, while frijoles charros packs a rich and hearty blend of chorizo, chilis, and tomatoes. Sweet endings include classic churros, dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with Mexican chocolate sauce, or light, crispy sopaipillas, drizzled with honey and powdered sugar.

Grand Opening & Hours
Patio at M Resort will open on Friday, April 4, at 5 p.m. with the first 50 guests receiving a Patio-branded Drink Tumbler. Patio will be redefining outdoor dining and entertainment in Henderson from 5 – 9 p.m., Friday through Monday.
