Top of the World at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower Debuts an Exquisite Elevated Prix Fixe Menu

The award-winning Top of the World steakhouse, located more than 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip atop The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower, has introduced a new three-course menu available for early diners. Available starting Monday, Feb. 1, the new menu makes it possible for diners to enjoy a prix-fixe menu at Las Vegas’ only rotating restaurant for just $79 per person.

Available daily from 4 to 6 p.m., dinner starts with a choice between a rich lobster bisque or chopped Caesar salad, made with crisp romaine hearts, classic Caesar dressing and garlic streusel.

Entrée selections include roasted Mary’s chicken accompanied by spiced sweet yams and rich coconut-ginger jus; seared Scottish salmon with roasted tomato and farro and cranberry mostarda; and a rich wild mushroom Bolognese with rigatoni, creamy cashew sauce and crispy fried basil. Guests may also choose a 12-ounce flat iron steak from Creekstone Farms, Kansas, served with velvety potato purée and tender asparagus, available for an additional charge.

Dessert selections include Warm Butter Cake for Two accompanied by vanilla bean ice cream and seasonal berries; and espresso latte crème brûlé made with coffee crème brûlée and vanilla ice cream.

A recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 26 years running, Top of the World offers an extensive selection of wines to complete the cuisine. The elegant dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the city as the restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes.
