FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE ANNOUNCES LINEUP FOR NFR’S FREE OFFICIAL KICKOFF CONCERT AND PARTY, DOWNTOWN HOEDOWN

 

Fremont Street Experience hosts the kickoff party for the National Finals Rodeo on Wed., Dec. 6

 

Fremont Street Experience, the six-block entertainment district located in historic downtown Las Vegas, will officially kick off the 2023 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo with its free Downtown Hoedown featuring performances by country music stars Eli Young Band, LOCASH, Priscilla Block, Shane Smith & The Saints and Bryan Martin. This celebration will transform the world-famous Fremont Street Experience into a honky-tonk paradise once again on Wednesday, Dec. 6th.

Beloved country music band, Eli Young Band will headline the Downtown Hoedown with a performance on 3rd Street stage beginning from 9:30pm-11:00pm. The multi-platinum band has sold out venues from coast-to-coast, touring with country music icons such as Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw and more. Fans can catch the Grammy Award nominated band as they close out the night with hits songs like “Crazy Girl”, “Love Ain’t” and “Even If It Breaks Your Heart.”

BBR Music Group/Wheelhouse Records’ chart-topping Country duo LOCASH, will hit 1st Street stage beginning at 6:45pm-8:00pm. Hailed by PEOPLE Magazine as “country music’s iconic feel-good duo,” the pair comprised of Preston Brust and Chris Lucas will make their Fremont Street Experience debut at the Downtown Hoedown. Serving up hit songs all night long, fans can expect to hear favorites like PLATNIUM breakout “I Love This Life”, their first #1 GOLD hit “I Know Somebody” and their loud-and-proud recent release “Three Favorite Colors.”

On the rise country music artist, Priscilla Block, will precede Eli Young Band on 3rd Street stage from 8:15pm-9:00pm. Bursting onto the country music scene in 2022, Priscilla’s work has not gone unnoticed.

She is known for her distinctive ‘Block Party’ sound, which she brought with her when she moved from Raleigh, North Carolina to Nashville to pursue her career in the music industry. With hit songs such as her #1 duet “You, Me, And Whiskey” with Justin Moore, “Just About Over You” and “My Bar”, Priscilla Block will light up Fremont Street Experience with an electrifying performance.

With a reputation of unique live shows featuring four-part harmonies, Shane Smith & The Saints will be rocking Main Street stage from 5:15pm-6:30pm. The Texas natives will bring their high-energy acts to the stage with hit songs such as “All I See Is You”, “Cocaine Habit”, and “Dance the Night Away.”

 

Breakout country artist, Bryan Martin, will be opening Downtown Hoedown with some of his biggest hits including “We Ride”, “Wolves Cry” and “Memory to Drown.” Singing covers from his favorite artists like George Strait and Billy Ray Cyrus, he has toured with the likes of Jason Aldean, WARREN Zeiders and Brantley Gilbert. Releasing his debut album, “If It Was Easy” in 2019, Martin has become one of the genre’s grittiest storytellers. His set will begin at 4:15p.m.

 

There’s no better way to celebrate the return of NFR to Las Vegas than Fremont Street Experience’s rockin’ Downtown Hoedown.
