Announces July Offers, Including Korean Fried Chicken
and a Burger-Eating Contest
Highlights include Fourth of July, National Hand Roll Day and National Fried Chicken Day
Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Vegas destinations located on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino, will be a popular destination heading into the peak of summer, with several upcoming food and beverage holidays and events to help plan for July.
Weekly Events:
- Monday – Friday, from 4-6 p.m.: Oyster Happy Hour

- Proper Eats’ Proper Bar, a picturesque social hub overlooking the resort’s lavish pool, will host an oyster happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Oysters range from top varieties found from coast to coast including Atlantic Blue Point oysters, among others, pending availability. Shucked to order and presented on a bed of ice with house-made cocktail and mignonette sauces, the oysters are priced at $2 each.

- Celebrate Independence Day with all-American classics like the Smashburger from Lola’s Burgers, made with two patties, American cheese, grilled onions and pickles on a sesame seed bun, priced at $17. Add a “Lola’s Way” basket of garlic truffle fries, onion rings and crispy jalapeños to complete the meal for $10.

- Hosted by Raina Is Crazy, a burger-eating competition featuring Lola’s Burgers will also be held at Proper Eats on July 4 at 11 a.m., with a subsequent DJ set from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

- Proper Eats’ Proper Bar will also offer “Red, Bites & Brews” specials from Thursday, July 4 through Sunday, July 7, featuring Bloody Mary’s and draft beers priced at $7.

- Seoul Bird’s famous double-fried chicken sandwiches from Chef Judy Joo of “Iron Chef UK” and “Korean Food Made Simple” have received rave reviews at the restaurant’s London and New York locations. There’s no better place to grab a plate of crispy goodness on Fried Chicken Day than this Proper Eats staple. Popular menu items include the Signature Seoul Chicken Sandwich, made with lettuce, red onion, kewpie mayo and Seoul Bird’s signature sauce, priced at $16; and the Poppin’ Cauliflower, double-fried and prepared with hot peppers and green onions, priced at $11.
- National Hand Roll Day: Saturday, July 6

- Given the name literally translates to “hand roll,” Temaki Bar will be one of the best places to celebrate traditional sushi-making on National Hand Roll Day. Chef JoJo Ruiz, internationally recognized as a James Beard Foundation “Smart Catch Leader,” offers sustainably sourced seafood served fresh over the counter in keeping with tradition. Popular items feature blue crab, yellowtail and salmon, and the restaurant’s signature dish is the Tuna Roll with eel, ponzu, spicy mayo or yuzu kosho dipping sauce.

- Proper Bar’s welcoming atmosphere and robust selection of beer, wine and cocktails invites guests to kick back and celebrate National Mojito Day with its specialty mojito, made with Selvay Rum, lime, mint and sugar and priced at $16.

- Proper Bar will also be an attraction for guests on National Tequila Day with its specialty paloma, made with Don Julio, grapefruit juice, lime, agave and Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda, priced at $16. Happy Leaf, the newest addition to Proper Eats Food Hall, is now open and offering healthy options among the halls’ lineup of delicious meals. The latest concept and 10th station for Proper Eats serves a variety of crisp greens and salad options and is located between Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird and Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki.
Open Daily from 7 a.m. – 2 pm.
Easy’s Donuts: A charming coffee and donut shop, Easy Donuts serves craft coffees and an array of specialty donuts, including seasonal creations to delight taste buds.
Egghead: Tao Hospitality’s Egghead from New York City brings delicious egg-centric sandwiches, including its signature sandwich made with eggs and cheese served on freshly baked potato brioche bread, to Las Vegas with a modern spin on the classic breakfast.

Wexler’s Deli: Made famous in Los Angeles for its old-school Jewish deli classics made with handcrafted pastrami and smoked salmon, Wexler’s Deli serves several bagels and sandwiches. Las Vegas exclusives include the “Moe Greene,” a toasted bagel topped with lox, paddlefish caviar and gold leaf; and new offerings include the “Macarthur Park,” a grilled pastrami Reuben made with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and coleslaw on rye bread; and the “Ocean Avenue,” a hearty tuna salad sandwich made with butter lettuce and red onion on rye bread.

Laughing Buddha: Steamy, delectable ramen noodles and fragrant broths unite for a texture that is rich and silky with a deep umami flavor at Laughing Buddha, which serves tonkotsu and miso ramen as well as pork belly and crispy eggplant bao buns.
Lola’s Burgers: Lola’s Burgers are made with premium beef, served on freshly baked buns and include offerings such as the “Smash Burger,” a double patty with American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and Russian dressing; and the “backyard classic,” made with a 6 oz patty, American cheese, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Pizzaoki: The brainchild of GRAMMY-nominated artist, producer and DJ Steve Aoki, Pizzaoki is a delicious take on New York-style pizzas, featuring everything from time-tested classic pies to vegan and cauliflower crust options. Available by the slice or 18″ pie, menu options include the “Pursuit of Happiness” topped with mozzarella, marinara sauce and basil; and the “Hiroquest,” topped with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, sausage, capicola and tomato sauce; among other signature pies.
Seoul Bird: Created by Food Network superstar Judy Joo and her partner Andrew Hales, this is the first Seoul Bird outside of London. Inspired by both Joo’s Korean American heritage and the duo’s food tours across South Korea, which have seen them eat their way from Seoul to Busan numerous times, Seoul Bird is built on the foundations of Korean cooking and flavors. The venue’s signature Seoul chicken sandwich is made with Seoul Bird’s famous crispy double fried chicken breast and topped with American cheese, fresh lettuce and red onion, then topped with house-made umami sauce and kewpie mayo. kewpie mayo.
Temaki: Clique’s newly created Temaki serves fresh, made-to-order innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes.
Parm Famous Italian: Since the original location of Parm opened in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011, the restaurant’s takes on Italian-American soul food have reached iconic status. From the prized Chicken Parm to the homemade meatballs to the Spicy Rotini, the menu is inspired by the cooking Michelin-starred chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi ate growing up.
