New Programming at Ilumina on Raiders Way
Lexie’s Bistro, nestled inside Ilumina on Raiders Way, is redefining the local dining experience with a fall menu and an exciting array of new programming. Embracing a unique blend of international flavors, sustainable sourcing and community-focused initiatives, Lexie’s Bistro is the new go-to destination for culinary enthusiasts in West Henderson.
The refreshed menu features fall favorites crafted with fresh ingredients by Executive Chef Orlando Pascua. Highlights include new starters, soups, salads, entrees and handhelds, such as:
- Pera e Prosciutto made with pear, prosciutto, arugula, pomegranate and balsamic ($18)
- Fiori di Zucca Fritti made with ricotta, spinach, roasted bell peppers and creme fraiche ($21)
- Indivia e Rucola Salad with creamy pine nut dressing, parmesan and toasted pine nuts ($14)
- Potato and Leek Soup with crostini, bacon lardons and olive oil ($16)
- Gamberetto Nero with U10 shrimp, squid ink tagliatelle and white wine butter sauce ($32)
- Ranch Burger made with local rye whiskey bacon jam, arugula, Swiss cheese and garlic aioli ($28)
- 8 oz. Black Angus Filet Mignon with dauphinoise potatoes, cabernet reduction and fried leeks ($68)
WEEKEND BRUNCH
A delectable weekend brunch is now available at Lexie’s Bistro on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Chef Pascua has crafted a special menu featuring options such as short rib Benedict ($18), focaccia French toast ($12), Italian breakfast pizza ($22), Lexie’s “Lox” ($15) and more. Refreshing brunch cocktails include the Fire in the Sky ($14), made with jalapeño tequila, orange juice, lime and grenadine; the Alba Spritz ($14), made with Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose, Aperol and prosecco; and a Tableside Mimosa Experience ($22) with a bottle of prosecco and a variety of juices.
SOCIAL HOUR
Social Hour enthusiasts can now enjoy great deals every Monday through Thursday from 3- 5 p.m. Highlights include $8 glasses of house wine or $18 bottles, $5 draft beers, and “THE $5 Cocktail,” featuring a daily rotation of Lexie’s Bistro’s specialty cocktails.
LIVE MUSIC

Lexie’s Bistro features a 1,900-square-foot patio with picturesque poolside views and lush garden seating, complete with fire pits. Guests are encouraged to book Lexie’s Hideaway, the private dining room, for hosting events and gatherings for holidays and corporate occasions. Chef Orlando has curated banquet menus and packages and can collaborate with clients to create custom menus tailored to their needs.
For those dining alone or with a few friends, Lexie’s Bistro offers a full-service, non-smoking gaming bar for added entertainment.
