AMARI Debuts New Prix-Fixe Lunch
Menu with Innovative Culinary Delights
The neighborhood eatery will serve a new lunch menu,
including grab-and-go options
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, which serves reimagined Italian-American cuisine at UnCommons in Southwest Las Vegas across from the recently opened Durango Casino & Resort, has introduced a new prix-fixe lunch menu as well as grab-and-go options, now available Friday through Sunday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Priced at $29 per person, the prix-fixe lunch menu includes the choice of one starter and one main entrée. Starter options include a little gem Caesar salad, Italian chopped salad, sesame arancini or house-made meatballs. Main entrée choices include a little gem chicken Caesar salad, rigatoni, campanelle, chicken parmesan or dorade. Along with the regularly offered dishes, a limited quantity of special features made from seasonal ingredients will be available each day. Guests can also add house made focaccia bread to their lunch for an additional $10, with pesto, whipped ricotta, Calabrian honey or classic tomato, priced at $3 per sauce or $10 for one of each.
AMARI will also offer grab-and-go options from its wine and retail shop during lunch hours, while supplies last. Selections will include three different pizzas, available as a half or whole pie, two salads, a sandwich and a pasta, with specific types varying by day. A new featured dish from AMARI’s kitchen will also be available each day.
AMARI is open for take-out, happy hour and dinner daily. The retail and wine shop is open daily during regular restaurant hours.
