AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, which serves reimagined Italian-American cuisine at UnCommons in Southwest Las Vegas, is the ideal destination to celebrate mom with a family-style Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 12.
Available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guests celebrating Mother’s Day can savor AMARI’s opulent Sunday brunch. Priced at $57 per person, the first course and dessert will be served family-style, with an individual choice of the second course. Selections include herb focaccia, baked fresh daily, served with fruit jam, pesto and ricotta; a frittata featuring sundried tomato, feta, salsa verde and spring salad; campanelle pasta made with basil pesto, tomato and ricotta salata; pan roasted halibut with poached eggs, tomato sauce, pesto and focaccia; steak and eggs served with potato hash, local mushrooms and nduja; and more. Sides and supplements for the table will be available at an additional cost.
Guests will be able to delight in a vibrant Mother’s Day brunch surrounded by fresh, elegant floral installations by local designer, Chloe + Mint, while enjoying AMARI’s modern interpretations of classic dishes alongside its signature creations.
AMARI’s regular menu of signature dishes will also be available during happy hour and dinner. In Guests can also explore AMARI’s selection of signature cocktails, the extensive wine and Amaro lists. Wines from the U.S. and around the world are available by the glass, half bottle and full bottle.
