The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower Unveils New Breakfast
Menu, Available on Sundays at PT’s Wings & Sports
The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower has introduced a new way to start the day with a selection of decadent breakfast dishes and drinks, now available at PT’s Wings & Sports.
New morning starters include prosciutto toast, priced at $18, with the option to add a fried or poached egg for an additional $2; and sliced seasonal fruit, priced at $15.
A selection of omelets, waffles and other entrées include a braised short rib omelet with onions, peppers and pepper jack cheese, priced at $21; a pastrami omelet with Gruyère cheese and pickled red cabbage, priced at $18; veggie frittata loaded with tomato, mushroom, onion, broccolini, pepper jack and cheddar cheeses and red pepper coulis, priced at $19; chorizo and potato frittata with cheese sauce and pepper jack cheese, priced at $20; birria ramen made with slow-cooked Oaxacan-style birria, birria broth, ramen noodles, red onions, cilantro and lime, priced at $28; and a red velvet waffle topped with choice of berries or banana and a drizzle of cream cheese vanilla sauce, priced at $19; among others.
Refreshing cocktails include Towering Mary, made with Absolut Citron vodka and house-made mary mix garnished with pepperoni, cheddar cheese, bacon, olives and a chicken wing, priced at $21; Floating Crown, a combination of Crown Royal Vanilla Whisky and root beer, topped with handcrafted whipped cream, priced at $17; and more.
